Information you choose to send

The enquiry form collects your phone number or email address and truck photographs. Photographs may include a vehicle registration, location metadata or people in the background. Please avoid including people, identity documents or information unrelated to the truck. We also process limited technical request information to prevent spam and keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use your details to assess your truck, ask for missing information and contact you about the enquiry, taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We use limited security information for our legitimate interest in preventing misuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Form details and photos are stored using our website hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The enquiry inbox and original photo files require authorised owner sign-in. They are not published in a public gallery. Our authorised team may use information to deal with your enquiry and arrange an agreed purchase or collection. We do not sell your personal contact details.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, handle an ongoing transaction or meet recordkeeping requirements. Unsuccessful enquiries and incomplete uploads can be deleted by the authorised owner. Ask us to delete an enquiry if you no longer want us to consider it; we will explain if we must retain any transaction record.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or object where we rely on legitimate interests. Contact the email address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and other services

With your permission, Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to measure visits and page use. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled. We do not send enquiry fields to Google Analytics, and page addresses are recorded without query strings or fragment values. Choose Essential only to keep analytics off, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

The public enquiry form does not use advertising cookies. Owner sign-in uses authentication cookies provided by the hosting service. WhatsApp and email links open the service you choose and are subject to that provider's privacy arrangements. Service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
